Xperia Tablet S is a newer tablet, and it's also just a little thinner and lighter than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi. These devices work with Android operating system, but the Xperia Tablet S has older 4.1.1 version while Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi has Android 4.1.2.
