Blackview Tab 11 has a score of 64.1, which is much better than the Motorola XOOM's 55.9 general score. The Blackview Tab 11 design is notably newer, a lot thinner and lighter than the Motorola XOOM. Both of these tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but the Blackview Tab 11 has 11 version and Motorola XOOM has Android 4.0 version, so it counts with a couple nice extra features and performance optimizations.
