The Blackview Tab 12 Pro is better than Motorola XOOM, with a 64.6 score against 55.9. Both of these tablets come with Android operating system, but the Blackview Tab 12 Pro has a newer 12 version while Motorola XOOM has Android 4.0 version, giving you some additional features. Blackview Tab 12 Pro's body is way newer, notably lighter and extremely thinner than the Motorola XOOM.
