Huawei MediaPad M2 has a score of 65.5, which is much better than Motorola XOOM's 55.9 score. Huawei MediaPad M2's construction is newer, notably thinner and incredibly lighter than Motorola XOOM. These tablets use Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei MediaPad M2 has the newer 5.1 Lollipop version and Motorola XOOM has Android 4.0, providing you a lot of extra features and a performance increase.
The Huawei MediaPad M2 counts with a better performing CPU than Motorola XOOM, because it has 2 GB more RAM memory and a greater number of faster cores. Huawei MediaPad M2 counts with a better looking display than Motorola XOOM, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with a way higher pixels density and a much higher 1200 x 1920 resolution.
The Motorola XOOM counts with a slightly better camera than Huawei MediaPad M2, although it has a way worse 1280x720 video definition and a lot lower 5 megapixels resolution back camera.
