Lenovo ThinkPad 8 is better than Motorola XOOM, having a 64.2 score against 55.9. Lenovo ThinkPad 8 is a thinner and notably lighter portable tablet than the Motorola XOOM. The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 works with Windows 8.1 operating system, while Motorola XOOM counts with Android 4.0 operating system. Lenovo ThinkPad 8 features a quite better performance than Motorola XOOM, because it has a greater amount of RAM and a larger number of cores (and also faster).

The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 features a much more vibrant display than Motorola XOOM, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much greater number of pixels per inch in the screen and a way higher resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. Motorola XOOM captures a little bit better pictures and videos than Lenovo ThinkPad 8, although it has a camera in the back with a way lower 5 mega pixels resolution and a lot lower 1280x720 (HD) video quality.

Lenovo ThinkPad 8 counts with a very superior memory for applications and games than Motorola XOOM, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. Lenovo ThinkPad 8's battery performance is very similar to the Motorola XOOM one.

Lenovo ThinkPad 8 costs a bit more than Motorola XOOM, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
