The LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus is much better than the Motorola XOOM, with a global score of 62.5 against 55.9. LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus's design is much newer, notably thinner and noticeably lighter than Motorola XOOM. These tablets have Android OS, but the LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has newer 7.0 Nougat version and Motorola XOOM has Android 4.0.

The LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus features a superior processing power than Motorola XOOM, because it has a higher number of cores and 1 GB more RAM memory. LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has a more vivid screen than Motorola XOOM, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a much higher pixel count per inch in the screen and a lot better 1200 x 1920 resolution.

The Motorola XOOM takes much clearer videos and photos than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus. Both have the same (HD) video quality, the same video frame rate and the same resolution back camera. LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has a very superior storage to install games and applications than Motorola XOOM, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 1,95 TB.

The LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has a much better battery lifetime than Motorola XOOM.
