Microsoft Surface 3 has an overall score of 66.3, which is better than Motorola XOOM's 55.9 score. Microsoft Surface 3's design is much newer, extremely thinner and somewhat lighter than Motorola XOOM. The Microsoft Surface 3 has just a bit better screen than Motorola XOOM, because it has a better amount of pixels per inch of screen, a lot better 1920 x 1280 resolution and a little bit bigger screen.
The Microsoft Surface 3 has a better processing unit than Motorola XOOM, because it has 3 GB more RAM and a greater number of cores. The Motorola XOOM takes a bit better photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a way less megapixels back-facing camera and a much lower video resolution.
Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a way bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Motorola XOOM, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. The Microsoft Surface 3's battery lifetime is very similar to the battery duration in Motorola XOOM.
The Microsoft Surface 3 not only is the best tablets in our current comparison, but it's also the cheapest one.
