The Microsoft Surface Go has a general score of 66.5, which is better than the Motorola XOOM's global score of 55.9. Microsoft Surface Go comes with Windows 10 OS, and Motorola XOOM has Android 4.0 OS. Microsoft Surface Go's body is extremely newer, way lighter and a lot thinner than the Motorola XOOM.

The Microsoft Surface Go features a little bit better looking screen than Motorola XOOM, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixels amount in each inch of screen and a way higher resolution of 1800 x 1200 pixels. Microsoft Surface Go has a superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola XOOM, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.

Microsoft Surface Go features a superior hardware performance than Motorola XOOM, and although they both have a Dual-Core CPU, the Microsoft Surface Go also has a greater amount of RAM. Motorola XOOM and Microsoft Surface Go both count with similar battery durations. Motorola XOOM captures slightly better photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface Go, although it has a camera with much less MP and a lot worse (HD) video definition.

Even being the best tablet in our current comparison, the Microsoft Surface Go is also a bit cheaper.
