The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is way better than Motorola XOOM, with a overall score of 72.2 against 55.9. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, and Motorola XOOM comes with Android 4.0 OS. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a notably newer and a lot thinner portable tablet than the Motorola XOOM, although it is also just a little heavier.
