The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 has an overall score of 81.5, which is a lot better than the Motorola XOOM's 55.9 general score. The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 counts with Windows 10 OS, and Motorola XOOM counts with Android 4.0 OS. Even though Microsoft Surface Pro 6 is a bit heavier than the Motorola XOOM, it's incredibly thinner and much newer.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 has a quite superior hardware performance than Motorola XOOM, because it has 2 more processing cores and a higher amount of RAM. Microsoft Surface Pro 6 has a more vivid display than Motorola XOOM, because it has a much higher 2736 x 1824px resolution, a bigger display and a way greater pixel quantity per inch in the screen.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 features a way bigger storage to install games and applications than Motorola XOOM, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 968 GB more internal memory capacity. Microsoft Surface Pro 6 has a battery life that's very similar to the Motorola XOOM one.
Motorola XOOM features just a bit better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro 6, although it has a much lower 5 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back and a lot lower 1280x720 (HD) video definition.
