The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a score of 65, which is better than Motorola XOOM's global score of 55.9. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has Windows 8 OS, and Motorola XOOM works with Android 4.0 OS. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is a noticeably newer device, and it is also a lot thinner and noticeably lighter than the Motorola XOOM.
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with just a bit better processing power than Motorola XOOM, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 also has a greater amount of RAM.
