Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is better than Motorola XOOM, having a 66.3 score against 55.9. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has a more recent 4.4 version and Motorola XOOM has Android 4.0. Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1's construction is newer, thinner and lighter than Motorola XOOM.

The Galaxy Note 10.1 has a little bit better screen than Motorola XOOM. They have the same exact resolution of 800 x 1280px, a greater pixels count per inch of screen and a same size display. Galaxy Note 10.1 has a little better hardware performance than Motorola XOOM, because it has a greater number of cores and 1 GB more RAM memory.
