The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has a global score of 63, which is much better than Motorola XOOM's overall score of 55.9. These tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has newer 4.4.2 version while Motorola XOOM has Android 4.0. The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a newer tablet, and it's also somewhat lighter and incredibly thinner than Motorola XOOM.

The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE features a bit better hardware performance than Motorola XOOM, because it has more RAM memory and 2 more cores. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE features a bit sharper screen than Motorola XOOM.
