Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is much better than the Motorola XOOM, having a 62.5 score against 55.9. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE construction is somewhat lighter and extremely thinner than the Motorola XOOM. Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has 3.1 version and Motorola XOOM has Android 4.0 version.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE and Motorola XOOM feature incredibly similar processors, both of them have a 1 GB RAM and 2 CPU cores. Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has a little sharper display than Motorola XOOM. Both have a same size display, the same 800 x 1280 resolution and the same display pixels density.

Motorola XOOM has much more memory for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, and although they both have equal 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Motorola XOOM also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 32 GB. The Motorola XOOM takes much clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, and although they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Motorola XOOM also has a way better 5 MP resolution camera in the back.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE features a superior battery life than Motorola XOOM.

Despite of being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing here, Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is also a bargain compared to the other tablets, making buying this tablet an easy decision.
