The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) design is newer, lighter and extremely thinner than Motorola XOOM.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) counts with a bit more vivid display than Motorola XOOM. Both have exactly the same 800 x 1280 resolution, a higher amount of pixels per inch of display and a same size display. The Motorola XOOM counts with a very superior storage to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 32 GB, the Motorola XOOM also has more internal storage.
