Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch is better than Motorola XOOM, having a score of 65.9 against 55.9. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has the newer 4.2 version while Motorola XOOM has Android 4.0 version, so it gives lots of additional features.
