Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is much better than Motorola XOOM, having a general score of 68.7 against 55.9. These tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has newer 4.2.2 version while Motorola XOOM has Android 4.0. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch body is noticeably newer, notably lighter and way thinner than Motorola XOOM.
