Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) is a lot better than Motorola XOOM, having a 69 score against 55.9. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) has a newer 11 version while Motorola XOOM has Android 4.0, providing a couple additional features and optimized performance.
