Comparison review

Galaxy Tab A8 has a general score of 62.6, which is much better than Motorola XOOM's general score of 55.9. Both of these tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab A8 has 11 version and Motorola XOOM has Android 4.0. The Galaxy Tab A8 is a much newer device, and it is also incredibly lighter and a lot thinner than Motorola XOOM.

The Motorola XOOM counts with a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy Tab A8, although it has a lot lower resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, a lot lower quantity of pixels per display inch and a quite smaller screen. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 counts with a much bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Motorola XOOM, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 also has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB.

Motorola XOOM has a much faster processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab A8, although it has 6 lesser processing cores and a lower amount of RAM memory. Motorola XOOM counts with a slightly better camera than Galaxy Tab A8, although it has a lot less mega pixels resolution back camera. Galaxy Tab A8 features a very superior battery duration than Motorola XOOM.
