Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is much better than Motorola XOOM, getting a global score of 74.6 against 55.9. Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a noticeably newer device, and it's also much lighter and noticeably thinner than the Motorola XOOM. These devices include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has the newer 4.4 version while Motorola XOOM has Android 4.0.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a way better performance than Motorola XOOM, because it has 1 GB more RAM, a higher number of cores and an additional GPU. The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a much better display than Motorola XOOM, and although they both have a same size display, the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has a way greater pixel amount per inch in the screen and a lot better resolution of 1600 x 2560.
Motorola XOOM counts with just a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, although it has a way lower 5 MP resolution back facing camera and a much worse video quality.
