The Galaxy Tab T-Mobile has a general score of 57.6, which is a little bit better than Motorola XOOM's 55.9 overall score. Both of these tablets have Android OS, but Galaxy Tab T-Mobile has older 2.2 version and Motorola XOOM has Android 4.0. The Galaxy Tab T-Mobile is a way lighter and just a little bit thinner tablet than the Motorola XOOM, although both of them were only released 6 months apart.

The Galaxy Tab T-Mobile counts with a little bit better looking screen than Motorola XOOM, because although it has a way lower 600 x 1024 resolution and a much smaller display, it also counts with a little bit higher pixels number per inch of display. The Motorola XOOM features a much bigger memory to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab T-Mobile, because it has 32 GB internal storage capacity.
