The Sony Xperia Tablet Z has an overall score of 68.5, which is a lot better than Motorola XOOM's 55.9 global score. These tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but Sony Xperia Tablet Z has 4.4.4 version while Motorola XOOM has Android 4.0 version. Sony Xperia Tablet Z's design is newer, extremely lighter and a lot thinner than the Motorola XOOM.
The Sony Xperia Tablet Z counts with a way better screen than Motorola XOOM, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Sony Xperia Tablet Z also has a much higher 1200 x 1920 resolution and a way higher number of pixels per inch of screen. Xperia Tablet Z features a little bit more storage for games and applications than Motorola XOOM, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Xperia Tablet Z also has a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 64 GB.
