The iPad Air (2020) counts with iPadOS 14.x operating system, and Lumia 2520 comes with Windows RT 8.1 operating system. IPad Air (2020) is a notably newer portable tablet, and it's also notably lighter and a lot thinner than Lumia 2520.

If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy the Lumia 2520, giving up a couple features, but you will get the most with your budget.
