The Nokia Lumia 2520 has a general score of 68.6, which is a bit better than the Blackview Oscal Pad 15's global score of 63.8. The Nokia Lumia 2520 counts with Windows RT 8.1 OS, while Blackview Oscal Pad 15 counts with Android 13 OS. Even being the best tablet in this comparison review, it must be noted that it's also much older, noticeably heavier and thicker.
