The Nokia Lumia 2520 is just a bit better than Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, with a 68.6 score against 65.2. Although the Nokia Lumia 2520 is better than Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, it must be told that it is also a incredibly older, somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier device. Nokia Lumia 2520 comes with Windows RT 8.1 OS, and Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has Android 13 OS.
