Comparison review
The Lumia 2520 is slightly better than Microsoft Surface 2, getting a general score of 68.6 against 63.4. Lumia 2520 is a a little bit lighter tablet than Microsoft Surface 2, but both of them are equally thin. Both of these tablets use the same Windows RT 8.1 operating system, so you shouldn't see any difference regarding operating system features.
The Lumia 2520 has just a little better performance than Microsoft Surface 2, and although they both have a 2 GB RAM and the same number of cores, the Lumia 2520 also has a graphics processing unit. The Nokia Lumia 2520 features a better display than Microsoft Surface 2, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 1920, the Nokia Lumia 2520 also counts with a bit better screen density.
Microsoft Surface 2 counts with a slightly bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Lumia 2520, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage capacity. The Lumia 2520 has a really longer battery duration than Microsoft Surface 2. Lumia 2520 takes much clearer videos and photos than Microsoft Surface 2, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Lumia 2520 also has a camera in the back with way more MP.
The Lumia 2520 not only is the best tablets between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also by far the cheapest, which makes it an easy decision.
