Comparison review
Samsung ATIV Tab 5 is a little bit better than the Lumia 2520, with a 69.2 score against 68.6. Both tablets we are comparing here work with Windows OS, but Samsung ATIV Tab 5 has 8 version while Lumia 2520 has Windows RT 8.1 version. Despite being the best we compare here, we must note that it's also older, heavier and thicker.
The Lumia 2520 counts with a lot better looking screen than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a much higher number of pixels per inch of screen and a higher resolution of 1080 x 1920px. The Nokia Lumia 2520 features a little faster processing unit than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, and although they both have 2 GB of RAM memory, the Nokia Lumia 2520 also has a greater number of cores (and also faster) and a graphics co-processor.
Nokia Lumia 2520 captures a lot better photos and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, although it has a back camera with lesser mega pixels resolution. The Samsung ATIV Tab 5 has a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Lumia 2520, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
The Nokia Lumia 2520 features a way better battery life than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because it has a 96 percent bigger battery capacity.
Although Samsung ATIV Tab 5 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Nokia Lumia 2520, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Nokia Lumia 2520. If you want to save some dollars, you can get the Nokia Lumia 2520, giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
