The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 is a little bit better than the Lumia 2520, having a overall score of 70 against 68.6. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2's body is extremely newer and incredibly lighter, but also somewhat thicker than the Lumia 2520. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 comes with Android 9.0 Pie OS, and Lumia 2520 works with Windows RT 8.1 OS.
The Lumia 2520 counts with a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because although it has lesser RAM memory and 4 less processing cores , it also counts with a GPU. Lumia 2520 features an incredibly better looking display than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has a larger screen, a way better resolution of 1080 x 1920 and a just a bit better screen density.

Nokia Lumia 2520 has a better camera than Galaxy Tab Active 2, although it has a worse video quality and a worse resolution back facing camera.
Lumia 2520 has a much longer battery life than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has an 8000mAh battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Lumia 2520, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Lumia 2520. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Lumia 2520, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your money.
