Galaxy Tab Active 3 is much better than the Lumia 2520, with a 79 score against 68.6. Galaxy Tab Active 3 works with Android 10 OS, while Lumia 2520 works with Windows RT 8.1 OS. Even though Galaxy Tab Active 3 is thicker than the Lumia 2520, it's lighter and also extremely newer. The Galaxy Tab Active 3 features just a little better processing power than Lumia 2520, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with 2 GB more RAM and 4 more processing cores.
Nokia Lumia 2520 features a better looking screen than Galaxy Tab Active 3, because although it has a quite lower 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and a little worse pixel density, it also counts with a larger screen. The Galaxy Tab Active 3 features a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Nokia Lumia 2520, because it has 64 GB internal memory and an external memory card slot that allows up to 1 TB.
The Nokia Lumia 2520 has a very superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3, because it has an 8000mAh battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 has a bit better camera than Nokia Lumia 2520, because it has a way better video resolution and a back camera with a lot higher resolution.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Lumia 2520, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Lumia 2520. If you want to save some money, you can get the Lumia 2520, and give up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
