Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro is better than Lumia 2520, having a general score of 77.5 against 68.6. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro is a a lot newer tablet than Lumia 2520, although it's somewhat thicker and a little heavier. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro comes with Android 9.0 Pie OS, while Lumia 2520 has Windows RT 8.1 OS.
Lumia 2520 counts with a much better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro, although it has a just a bit lower display pixel density and a bit lower 1080 x 1920 resolution, they both have a same size screen. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro has a much greater storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Lumia 2520, because it has more internal memory capacity and an external memory card slot that admits up to 512 GB.
Lumia 2520 features a little better processing power than Galaxy Tab Active Pro, because although it has lesser CPU cores (although they are faster) and less RAM memory, it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. Lumia 2520 counts with just a little bit longer battery performance than Galaxy Tab Active Pro, because it has 8000mAh of battery capacity against 7600mAh.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Lumia 2520, because it has a way better 3840x2160 video resolution and a back facing camera with lot more MP.
Although Galaxy Tab Active Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Nokia Lumia 2520, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Nokia Lumia 2520. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy Tab Active Pro, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Nokia Lumia 2520, letting go a couple specs and features.
