The Moto Tab G20 is a little bit better than the Nokia N1, getting a 66.3 score against 66. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but Moto Tab G20 has a more recent 11 version and Nokia N1 has Android 5.0 version. Even though Moto Tab G20 is somewhat thicker than Nokia N1, it's just a little bit lighter and also much newer.
Nokia N1 features a little faster CPU than Moto Tab G20, because although it has less 2.3 gigahertz CPU cores and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a 64 bits processing unit and an additional GPU. Nokia N1 features a lot better display than Motorola Moto Tab G20, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a way higher 2048 x 1536 resolution and a much better count of pixels per inch in the screen.
The Moto Tab G20 has a little bit better camera than Nokia N1, although it has a lower (Full HD) video resolution and a back camera with lot less mega pixels. Motorola Moto Tab G20 counts with much more storage to store more games and applications than Nokia N1, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Motorola Moto Tab G20 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 2 TB.
Nokia N1 features just a bit better battery lifetime than Moto Tab G20, because it has a 5300mAh battery capacity.
