Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is much better than the Nokia N1, with a global score of 74.5 against 66. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is a just a bit thinner and just a little lighter tablet than the Nokia N1, even though both of them were released only 5 months apart. These tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has the older 4.4.2 version and Nokia N1 has Android 5.0 version.
Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a display that is just as good as Nokia N1's screen, although the Galaxy Tab S 8.4 also has a little bigger screen, a bit higher pixel density and a slightly higher resolution of 2560 x 1600. Nokia N1 has a faster CPU than Galaxy Tab S 8.4, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM and less processing cores (although they are faster), it also counts with a 64 bits processor and an extra graphics processing unit.
Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a superior memory to store more games and applications than Nokia N1, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Tab S 8.4 also has an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB. Galaxy Tab S 8.4 takes better videos and photos than Nokia N1. Both have a same resolution camera in the back, the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition.
The Nokia N1 features just a bit longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab S 8.4, because it has a 5300mAh battery size instead of 4900mAh.
Even being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is also by far the cheapest one.
