Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact has a global score of 71.3, which is just a bit better than Nokia N1's global score of 66. These tablets work with Android operating system, but the Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact has the older 4.4 version while Nokia N1 has Android 5.0 version. Even though Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact and Nokia N1 were only released 3 months apart, Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact is somewhat lighter and just a bit thinner.

Nokia N1 counts with just a little better performance than Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Nokia N1 also counts with a 64-bits processing unit and a much better graphics processor running at 600 MHz. Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact has a greater memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Nokia N1, because although it has only 16 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 128 GB.

The Nokia N1 counts with improved battery lifetime than Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, because it has an 18% bigger battery size.
