Comparison review

Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has a global score of 68.5, which is way better than OnePlus Pad's general score of 56.7. Both tablets we are comparing here work with Android OS, but Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has the newer 4.2.2 version while OnePlus Pad has Android 13 version, so it counts with some additional features and performance improvements. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 is a way older and somewhat thicker tablet device than the OnePlus Pad, but Amazon managed to make it a lot lighter anyway.

The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has a really superior hardware performance than OnePlus Pad, because although it has 6 GB less RAM memory and an inferior number of cores , it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 counts with a more vivid screen than OnePlus Pad, because although it has a little worse resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels, a much smaller screen and much more opaque display, it also counts with a just a bit better number of pixels per inch of display.

OnePlus Pad takes much better videos and photos than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9, and although they both have the same aperture, the OnePlus Pad also has a way more MP camera. The OnePlus Pad features a much greater storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9, because it has 64 GB more internal storage.

The OnePlus Pad counts with a superior battery lifetime than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9.
