Comparison review
OSCAL ELITE 1 is a little bit better than the Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, with a 67.1 score against 65.2. Both tablets we are comparing here have Android OS, but OSCAL ELITE 1 has a more recent 14 version and Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has Android 13 version, providing the user some additional features and a performance increase.
