Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is much better than OSCAL ELITE 1, getting a 74.5 score against 67.1. Both of these devices come with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has the newer 4.4.2 version and OSCAL ELITE 1 has Android 14, offering some additional features.
