Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has an overall score of 65.7, which is better than the OSCAL Pad 10's global score of 57.3. Both devices in our current comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has newer 9.0 Pie version and OSCAL Pad 10 has Android 12 version, so it gives you a lot of extra features and performance tweaks. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) body has the same thickness than OSCAL Pad 10, but it's much lighter.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) features a way better hardware performance than OSCAL Pad 10, although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster) and 6 GB less RAM memory. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has a little sharper screen than OSCAL Pad 10, although it has a lot lower 800 x 1280px resolution, a really smaller screen and a bit lower display pixels density.

OSCAL Pad 10 has a much bigger storage to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 1 TB. The OSCAL Pad 10 has greater battery life than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), because it has 6580mAh of battery capacity against 5000mAh.

The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has a lot better camera than OSCAL Pad 10, although it has a back camera with much less megapixels.
