Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) is slightly better than the OSCAL Pad 13, with a score of 59.7 against 57.3. The Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) body is lighter than the OSCAL Pad 13, although it's a lot thicker and was released 3 years before. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has the newer 9.0 Pie version while OSCAL Pad 13 has Android 12 version, providing you lots of additional features.
