Comparison review
The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a general score of 67.9, which is much better than OSCAL Pad 13's overall score of 57.3. Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is a somewhat lighter tablet than OSCAL Pad 13, but both of them have the same thickness. Both of these tablets work with Android operating system, but the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has older 4.4 version while OSCAL Pad 13 has Android 12.
Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a much sharper display than OSCAL Pad 13, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1600 x 2560px and a lot better display density. The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 features a much faster processor than OSCAL Pad 13, although it has a lower amount of RAM and less cores.
The OSCAL Pad 13 has a bit better camera than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9, because it has a back camera with way more megapixels. OSCAL Pad 13 has a way bigger storage to install applications and games than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9, because it has more internal memory and a SD card slot that holds up to 1 TB. The OSCAL Pad 13 counts with a very superior battery performance than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9.
Although Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than OSCAL Pad 13, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as OSCAL Pad 13. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the OSCAL Pad 13, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most with your budget.
