Comparison review
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 is much better than the OSCAL Pad 13, getting a global score of 68.5 against 57.3. These tablets use Android operating system, but Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has a more recent 4.2.2 version while OSCAL Pad 13 has Android 12 version, offering some additional features. Although Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 is way older and a little bit thicker than OSCAL Pad 13, it's design is still lighter.
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 counts with a much sharper display than OSCAL Pad 13, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1600 x 2560 and a lot greater count of pixels per inch in the display.
