Apple iPad 10.2-inch has a global score of 79.3, which is way better than the OSCAL Pad 13's 57.3 score. The Apple iPad 10.2-inch body is a little bit thinner than the OSCAL Pad 13, although it's somewhat heavier and was released many years before. The iPad 10.2-inch has a much more powerful CPU than OSCAL Pad 13, although it has less RAM and lesser cpu cores (but faster).
The iPad 10.2-inch has a much more vibrant display than OSCAL Pad 13, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a quite greater pixels density and a better resolution of 1620 x 2160px. OSCAL Pad 13 has a much greater memory for games and applications than iPad 10.2-inch, because it has more internal storage and a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB.
The Apple iPad 10.2-inch counts with a little better battery lifetime than OSCAL Pad 13, because it has an 8827mAh battery size. IPad 10.2-inch takes much clearer photos and videos than OSCAL Pad 13, although it has a back-facing camera with a much worse resolution.
The iPad 10.2-inch is a lot more expensive than OSCAL Pad 13, but you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
