Apple iPad mini (2019) has an overall score of 85.9, which is much better than OSCAL Pad 13's general score of 57.3. The Apple iPad mini (2019) is an much older device than the OSCAL Pad 13, but it is a lot lighter and noticeably thinner anyway. The Apple iPad mini (2019) comes with iPadOS 13.x OS, and OSCAL Pad 13 works with Android 12 OS.
Apple iPad mini (2019) has a way better display than OSCAL Pad 13, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a way better pixel count per display inch and a better resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels. OSCAL Pad 13 has a much bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Apple iPad mini (2019), and although they both have the same 256 GB internal storage capacity, the OSCAL Pad 13 also has an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB.
IPad mini (2019) has a very superior CPU than OSCAL Pad 13, because although it has 5 GB less RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the iPad mini (2019) also counts with a 64-bits CPU. IPad mini (2019) shoots much clearer photos and videos than OSCAL Pad 13, although it has a camera in the back with way less MP resolution.
OSCAL Pad 13 counts with a really longer battery duration than Apple iPad mini (2019), because it has a 52 percent larger battery size.
IPad mini (2019) costs a lot more money than the OSCAL Pad 13, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
