Comparison review
The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 is much better than OSCAL Pad 13, having a 65.2 score against 57.3. These tablets have Android OS (operating system), but Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has the newer 13 version while OSCAL Pad 13 has Android 12 version. The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 is a newer and just a little thinner device than OSCAL Pad 13, although it's somewhat heavier.
