Comparison review
Blackview Tab 10 is a little bit better than the OSCAL Pad 13, having a general score of 58 against 57.3. Blackview Tab 10 is an older, somewhat heavier and just a little bit thicker portable tablet than OSCAL Pad 13. These tablets have Android OS, but Blackview Tab 10 has the older 11 version while OSCAL Pad 13 has Android 12 version.
Blackview Tab 10 features a much powerful processor than OSCAL Pad 13, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 8 processing cores. Blackview Tab 10 has a much better looking display than OSCAL Pad 13, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better 1200 x 1920 resolution and a little bit better quantity of pixels per inch of screen.

OSCAL Pad 13 and Blackview Tab 10 count with quite similar cameras, they have a 13 MP back camera.
