Although it's the best we are comparing, it must be noted that it is also a older, extremely heavier and much thicker device.

The HP ProPad 600 has a much faster processor than OSCAL Pad 13, although it has 4 lesser cores (although they are faster) and a lower amount of RAM memory. The HP ProPad 600 counts with a much better looking display than OSCAL Pad 13, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit greater display pixels density and a slightly better resolution of 1200 x 1920.

OSCAL Pad 13 features a slightly better camera than HP ProPad 600, because it has a lot better 13 megapixels resolution back-facing camera. OSCAL Pad 13 counts with a much bigger memory capacity for applications and games than HP ProPad 600, because it has 256 GB internal memory. HP ProPad 600 counts with a little longer battery life than OSCAL Pad 13, because it has an 8380mAh battery capacity.

Although HP ProPad 600 is a better device, it is a little more expensive than the OSCAL Pad 13, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the OSCAL Pad 13. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy HP ProPad 600, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the OSCAL Pad 13, resigning some specs and features.
