Huawei MediaPad M2 is better than OSCAL Pad 13, having a 65.5 score against 57.3. Both of these tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei MediaPad M2 has a newer 5.1 Lollipop version while OSCAL Pad 13 has Android 12. Huawei MediaPad M2's construction is way lighter than OSCAL Pad 13, although it is a bit thicker and was released many years before.
