Comparison review
The Lenovo TAB3 10 is slightly better than OSCAL Pad 13, getting a score of 61.9 against 57.3. The Lenovo TAB3 10 is an much older tablet than the OSCAL Pad 13, but Lenovo managed to build it incredibly lighter and incredibly thinner. Both of these tablets include Android OS, but Lenovo TAB3 10 has newer 6.0 Marshmallow version and OSCAL Pad 13 has Android 12, giving you some extra features and performance tweaks.
Lenovo TAB3 10 has a bit better display than OSCAL Pad 13, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a slightly higher 1920 x 1200px resolution and a just a little more pixels per inch in the display. OSCAL Pad 13 has a much bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Lenovo TAB3 10, because it has more internal memory and a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB.
The Lenovo TAB3 10 counts with a much powerful CPU than OSCAL Pad 13, although it has a lower number of cores and lesser RAM. The OSCAL Pad 13 has a little better battery duration than Lenovo TAB3 10, because it has 7680mAh of battery capacity. The OSCAL Pad 13 has just a bit better camera than Lenovo TAB3 10, because it has a back facing camera with a much higher 13 MP resolution.
Although Lenovo TAB3 10 is a better device, it is way more expensive than OSCAL Pad 13, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as OSCAL Pad 13. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Lenovo TAB3 10, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the OSCAL Pad 13, giving up a couple specifications.
