Comparison review
Microsoft Surface 2 is better than OSCAL Pad 13, getting a 63.4 score against 57.3. Microsoft Surface 2 works with Windows RT 8.1 OS, while OSCAL Pad 13 works with Android 12 OS. Even being the best in this comparison review, Microsoft Surface 2 is a notably older, extremely heavier and somewhat thicker tablet device than the OSCAL Pad 13.
Microsoft Surface 2 counts with a much better hardware performance than OSCAL Pad 13, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and 4 less CPU cores. The Microsoft Surface 2 features a brighter display than OSCAL Pad 13, because although it has a just a little lower pixels density, and they both have an equal resolution of 1080 x 1920px, the Microsoft Surface 2 also counts with a little larger display.
OSCAL Pad 13 captures much clearer photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface 2, because it has a lot more mega-pixels back facing camera. OSCAL Pad 13 has a much bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Microsoft Surface 2, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity.
OSCAL Pad 13 has a much longer battery life than Microsoft Surface 2.
Although Microsoft Surface 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the OSCAL Pad 13, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as OSCAL Pad 13. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get OSCAL Pad 13, giving up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your money.
