Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface 3 is much better than the OSCAL Pad 13, having a overall score of 66.3 against 57.3. Despite being the best tablet device in our current comparison, Microsoft Surface 3 is an extremely older, extremely heavier and somewhat thicker tablet device than the OSCAL Pad 13. Microsoft Surface 3 features a lot better performance than OSCAL Pad 13, although it has less processing cores (although they are faster) and 4 GB less RAM memory.
Microsoft Surface 3 features a bit sharper display than OSCAL Pad 13, and although they both have a greater pixel quantity per inch in the display, the Microsoft Surface 3 also has a little higher 1920 x 1280 resolution and a quite bigger screen. The OSCAL Pad 13 counts with a little bit better camera than Microsoft Surface 3, because it has a camera with a lot better resolution.
OSCAL Pad 13 counts with a much better storage for games and applications than Microsoft Surface 3, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 1 TB and 256 GB internal memory capacity. OSCAL Pad 13 has a much better battery performance than Microsoft Surface 3.
Although Microsoft Surface 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the OSCAL Pad 13, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the OSCAL Pad 13. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the OSCAL Pad 13, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
