Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 is better than the OSCAL Pad 13, having a 65.1 score against 57.3. Microsoft Surface Pro 2 counts with Windows 8.1 Pro operating system, and OSCAL Pad 13 has Android 12 operating system. Although it's the best device in this comparison, the Microsoft Surface Pro 2 is a much older, way thicker and much heavier device than the OSCAL Pad 13.
